Seminar Problem solving – dealing with complexity
Problem solving and decision making are skills that are becoming increasingly important in times of continuous and increasingly rapid change.
We often find ourselves in new, unknown situations for which there are no ready-made solutions yet. In such situations, it is particularly important to proceed in a structured manner using the appropriate methods.
In our seminar „Problem Solving – dealing with complexity“ you will become acquainted with a holistic method of how problems of various kinds can be viewed, described, structured, and finally solved.
The seminar is addressed to everyone who wants to work on problems and tasks in a structured way, or successfully lead a team through problem solving processes. The content is an optimal preparation for the communication of results and decisions using the pyramid method.
- Reach your goal more efficiently through a systematic problem solving process
- Define problems precisely and thereby work on the right problem from the start
- Structure complex problems systematically and MECE, break them down into solvable parts
- Use the Kepner-Tregoe root cause analysis to overview existing facts and gain clarity through hypothesis testing
- Use agile methods and develop creative solutions to optimize the work process in the team
- Prioritize and make transparent decisions
- Short, precise input phases alternating with practical work – the focus is on practical testing of the new methods
- High practical transfer through applying the methods to participants’ concrete business examples, partly in groups
- Individual feedback by group and trainer on practical exercises
We would be happy to adapt the topic to your ideas and the needs of the target group. Please contact us.
